Summary

We are looking for a confident senior neonatal nurse to work as part of the team on the neonatal unit. He/she must have the passion, enthusiasm, skills and knowledge to provide strong leadership on the unit. you will be able to energize, inspire and empower families and staff with a commitment to individualized nursing care and family integrated care







You will be responsible for leading the neonatal team as they work toward. You will be able to access and recognize neonatal emergencies and be able to support your peers and junior staff. You will have the knowledge, confidence and clinical experience to provide support and education to all staff.
Working for your organisation

The Neonatal Unit in Calderdale is a level two unit with 20 cots comprising 3 ICU, 3 HDU and 14 Special care. We are a friendly unit dedicated to making a difference for the neonatal population and their families.



The post holder will be be responsible for delivering all aspects of Family Integrated Care working with parents as partners in care . You must have the ability to motivate yourself and others and be personally and professionally mature.

The post holder will assist in the management and organisation of nursing work in the ward/department.
