Our client, a leading firm specialising in block and estate management in Hampshire and the surrounding areas, is expanding its team and looking for a dedicated Property Manager to join them.

You'll play a crucial role in providing efficient and professional management services to a diverse portfolio of residential developments. From liaising with clients and contractors to ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, your contributions will be integral to maintaining the smooth operation of communal areas and properties.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role in Leasehold Block Management
• Industry-related qualifications such as IRPM
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Minimum 2 years of property management experience

Requirements:

• IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Confident in handling complaints and enquiries
• Clean driving licence and access to a car

What will your role look like?

Your key responsibilities will include

• Efficiently manage a portfolio of properties in accordance with client requirements and industry standards
• Liaise confidently with clients and contractors to address maintenance needs and ensure smooth operation of communal areas
• Stay updated on relevant legislation and guidelines to ensure compliance and high standards of service
• Organise routine maintenance and oversee contractor work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
• Conduct regular site visits and property inspections, including travel to London when required
• Coordinate and chair client meetings, including AGMs and EGMs, rewarding lieu time for meetings held outside normal business hours
• Cover emergency out-of-hours telephone line and address urgent enquiries outside regular business hours
