Title:Community Clinical Nurse Specialist - Prisons Lead Salary:Marie Curie Pay Scale, aligned with AFC band 7 £43,742- £50,056 per annum + enhancements depending on experience Hours:Part time 30 hours per week Contract:Permanent Based:West Midlands , Hospice, Solihull Closing date:23rd April 2024 Interview date:TBC As the Community Clinical Nurse Specialist - Prisons Lead, you'll be instrumental in developing and shaping this service. The key aim will be to improve identification of patients with palliative and end of life care needs by providing a programme of education and training for prison staff. This approach will have an impact on increasing access to palliative/end of life care and support within prison settings, enhancing the health and well-being of individuals and the care they receive. We seek a dedicated individual to join us in making a positive impact on people in custodial settings. The post-holder will need to live within the Midlands Place Base, be able to travel across the area.
