Summary

**Job Title:** Support Worker (Fife Support Service)

**Location:** Based at LinkLiving’s Kirkcaldy office.

**Hours of Work:** 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a rota basis)

LinkLiving, a Scottish charity, supports individuals to overcome life challenges (trauma, mental health, poverty) to live fulfilling lives. We offer various support models:

**The Service:**

- **Short Term Housing Support:** Help people sustain tenancies and independence for up to 6 months.
- **Long Term Care at Home:** Enable independence through visiting care services.

**The Job:**

**Short Term Housing Support:**

- Develop relationships and provide emotional, practical, and social support.
- Assist in income maximization, tenancy management, skill development, accessing support, reducing isolation, and improving mental health.

**Long Term Care at Home:**

- Provide visiting care services, emotional support, and community engagement to reduce social isolation.
- Assist in income maximization, tenancy management, and safety responsibilities.
