Summary
Murray Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated Project Administrator to join our client in South Lanarkshire.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in efficiently managing service requests, providing administrative support and working alongside team members to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
Responsibilities:
Oversea mobile engineers daily workload
Planning and coordinating all installations and Call-Outs.
Arrange weekly working Schedule
Order materials required
Assist in quotations
Book service visits and liaise with Clients.
File job reports on Workpal System used by engineers to record visits and provide information for invoice to clients.
Assist accounts team to provide invoices to clients for works and quotes carried out.
Liaise with suppliers and order materials requested by engineers or noted on quotations.
Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
Provide RAMS to engineers to carry out tasks.
Experience:
Proven experience within a similar background.
Strong and positive communication skills.
Proficient in IT applications.
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads to meet departmental needs.
Flexible approach to work and willingness to assist in other areas as necessary.
Strong attention to detail.

Salary DOE
Working Monday - Thursday: 8am - 5pm / Friday 4pm finish
Holidays 29 days including stats
