We’re currently looking to grow our brand new, in-house IT Service & Operations team with an individual who will also take their
first steps toward a BSc (Hons) in Digital & Tech solutions, keen to hit the ground running and excited at the prospect of
developing within this fast-paced and exciting field.

Your support and development. 

  

Your day-to-day role will involve working closely with experienced professionals to provide excellent customer service as you
troubleshoot technical issues, resolve user enquiries, and contribute to the efficiency of IT service delivery.

Providing the right training is critical to us, this is why your development will be fully supported – In addition to this degree
apprenticeship, we will provide complete support to ensure you know all the “what / where and how’s” you need to. This ensures you
have all the foundations you need for a successful career. 

  

What you will already have. 

Your career will no doubt draw on analytical and problem-solving skills to enable you to find the best solutions for all
stakeholders. 

As mentioned, we provide a fully comprehensive training, so you just need to bring: 

* A strong academic background, ideally with a minimum of 3 A-Levels and GCSE Maths & English. 
* Highly personable and confident.
* Able to take responsibility for your success and the self-awareness to know when things go wrong.
* Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies.
* A drive to build a career with a firm that will give you the support and opportunity you need to succeed.
