Summary

FM Conway is currently recruiting for a Traffic Management Supervisor to work from our depot in Rayleigh, Essex. As our Traffic Management Supervisor you will support the day to day operations of our Essex, Suffolk, Hertfordshire and Cambridge contracts. You will be responsible for work briefings, manging and maintaining equipment as well as depot and fleet compliance. You will ensure our Traffic Management teams are delivering services safely and to an excellent standard. This is an exciting role and fulfilling role in a fast paced, growing Traffic Management team. This is a permanent, full time positions offering a competitive salary and a wide range of benefits.

The duties of the Traffic Management Supervisor role will include:

-Supervising and resourcing the programme of works

-Coordinating site resources and arranging for additional resources as and when required

-Supervising the Traffic Management teams performance and ensuring standards of work are met

-Promoting and supervising safe working processes and carrying out safety audits in accordance with pre-determined audits

-Ordering all plant and materials and completing all supporting documentation

-Ensuring all team communications are carried out, ensuring that all ‘’start of shift’’ briefings, NHSS requirements and company standards are understood

What skills and experience do you need?

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor with knowledge of traffic management operations. You will have excellent knowledge or health and safety legislation, highways materials and equipment. To be considered for the role you must hold a full UK driving licence, CSCS card, Streetworks, NRSWA and LANTRA certifications.
