My client is in urgent need of an experienced interim production manager to join the business on an initial three-month contract to work in the Material Supply area of the factory.
You will be responsible for leading and motivating the teams and driving both individual and functional performance and material efficiency.
The business produces large volumes of chilled food manufacturing products for the major retailers, so you must have experience of working with chilled food and be someone who thrives in a fast-paced pressurised environment.
You will require the same knowledge of food manufacturing processes/standards as a Factory Manager to deputise in their absence.
You will also need to have a proven track record of effective interaction with both operational and non-operational stakeholders to deliver manufacturing targets while maintaining Health & Safety and Food Safety standards.
The role is Tuesday - Saturday 1.30pm - 10pm and is Inside IR35.
