Summary

Bray Foods Limited in Manchester are recruiting for an Apprentice Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 2 Customer Service whihc will take approximately 17 months to complete.

Duties:
• Dealing with customer enquiries and introducing our range of products and services.
• upselling our range of products to customers.
• Dealing with sales enquiries by telephone and email
• Targeting customers by email and telephone in order to generate new business
• Working with the marketing team to help create new advertising campaigns in order to generate new business
• Arranging appointments with potential new customers for our business development managers to visit.
• During your telephone calls you will be building a brilliant relationship and establishing the customers’ needs and processing orders and payments.
• Deliver excellent customer service & achieve sales through outbound calling.
• Any other customer related tasks required by the business.

Requirements:
• Good communication skills & good attention to detail
• Keen to develop & learn new skills
• Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
• Previous experience in a customer service role (preferred, but not essential)
• Ability to show tenacity and resilience in all work you do

Grades:
No formal qualifications required.

Hours:
Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm / 30 mins lunch / 37.5 per week
