Job Title: Health Care Assistant/support worker
Location: Ellesmere
Salary: £11.44
Job Type: Temporary. We are looking for people who have the passion to support someone to have the life they want to live and to be able to work with the individuals while letting them have independence.
You will be required to be able to work as part as a team and be able to perform duties independently to support the individuals in a way that lets them keep as much dignity and independence as possible.
You will also be responsible for working with our employment team to encourage the individual to take as much of the opportunities available with both employment and social activities. You will be expected to work flexible hours which will involve working early and late shifts, including sleep in’s, weekends and bank holidays in accordance with client need. So you need to be Flexible Support Worker - Key responsibilities:- To assist the people we support in all aspects of their life that they need assistance.- To assist in supporting Individuals in designing and developing their support/care plans and reviews- To contribute to the monitoring of Individuals’ progress, assessment and maintain records.- To promote and adhere to the workplace values (Excellence, Responsive, Integrity, Caring and Empowering)Support Worker – You:- Experience is Beneficial but not Compulsory.
- A Can do Attitude
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
