Summary

The role will be to, with on the job training and support develop a telesales call out to existing customers. There will be no hard sell. The role is to take orders and prompt customers on items they may have forgotten to order from their sales history. Introduce new products and offer promotions. Build strong relationships with the customers who will be called for their orders once or twice a week. Included will be answering incoming calls and dealing with those calls. These will be in the main customers wishing to place an order or suppliers.
The role is brand new so will start slowly as we encourage customers to move over to a sales call. There will be office admin to do also as part of the role.
Once trained the candidate will spend some of the day contacting potential new accounts and introducing the company to gain a call from a representative.
The candidate must be computer literate, outgoing and chatty and able to strike a relationship over the phone. The candidate can get involved in other aspects of the business if they wish too. And as we expand the company there is scope for progress for the right candidate.
