Summary
Your new school
Your new job will be at a nursery school based in Southam. The job is supporting within their nursery 3 days a week from 845-330. The person would need to be Level 3 qualified as a minimum as they would need to be counted in ratio. The days of work are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. This is a long-term role until the end of the summer term. The rate of pay varies between £90-£95 per day, dependent on your experience.
Your new job
As a Level 3 Nursery Assistant, you will play a vital role in caring for young children aged 3 months to five years. Your responsibilities include:
- Demonstrating flexibility by working within the assigned nursery room.
- Providing essential support to children's growth and development.
- Fostering children's development through engaging games and activities.
- Ensuring child-friendly classrooms and outdoor play areas.
- Committed to safeguarding children by promptly reporting any concerns.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Atleast 40 days worth of experience within a nursery setting that we can reference within the last 3 years is essential.
- A level 3 qualification is essential for this role.
- Patience, care, and a strong desire to make a positive impact on children's lives.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team alongside other nursery practitioners.
