Summary
I am recruiting for a specialist AP setting that supports primary and secondary aged students who have been excluded from a mainstream school or are at risk of full-time exclusion.
This setting is based in Willenhall and supports students from primary age all the way up to secondary age. These students are predominately from Walsall settings, but some do come from other local LA settings.
I am recruiting for the following roles:
Restraint trained individuals to work 1:1 with a male student. Ideally, restraint trained individuals with a sports coaching background or behavioural background would be ideal. This is a full-time role, 5 days a week.A teaching assistant to support a small primary group of primary children. The age range is 9-11. However, learning ability is much lower, and you will be supporting the class teacher and 2 other TAs to support the class.A family support worker. This will be to support families who are struggling for a variety of reasons and to break down any barriers to them attending / learning at school.
You must have a UK-child related experience that I am able to reference and either a DBS on the update service or be happy to apply for one.
