We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team!
General day to day responsibilities;
• Taking inbound calls from new and existing candidates, discussing candidate job requirements, potential job opportunity and matching candidates to vacancies
• Administrative duties; adding candidate ID documents onto internal database, updating and maintaining internal systems
• Making outbound calls to both clients and candidates
• Managing vacancies, liaising with clients, advertising vacancies, producing CV’s
• Attending client meetings, events etc
This is just a brief overview of your daily duties, the role is varied, with no 2 days the same!
