You will be a graduate of Science, Maths, Engineering or Computer Science and you will hold a 1st or 2:1 grade. A large part of the teaching assistant role will take you out of the classroom. You will partner with class teachers, and you will be a part of the in class learning but you will be tasked with expanding the process beyond the confines of the curriculum. You will manage small group and 1-2-1 exercises with pupils who have either exceeded or fallen short of expectations. You will report progress to the teaching team and be a valued member of the STEM teaching faculty.
