Summary
We are looking for Support Workers for The Brambles who are passionate about making a difference and putting the people they support first, ensuring the support they provide daily promtes independence and offers new and fulfilling opportunities to the people we support.
We support 7 people in a Registered Care Home close to the centre of Taunton, here you will be supporting people to get out and about into the local community, going for walks, swimming, bowling, pub lunches and coffee at the local cafe! The people here also require your support by assisting them with day to day tasks such as finances, shopping, personal care and cooking
