Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Contract: Fixed Term, 2 Years, Full-Time, 37 Hours per week

Location: Hybrid working (Office base Horsham St Faith, minimum two days a week)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Business Analyst to join our busy team working across Norfolk. Your role will support Independence Matters to improve the way we utilise and manage our digital footprint.

Taking a digital by default approach to our work, we strive to improve the customer and user experience in the service we offer through the use of technology and improved ways of working.

This is a varied role where you will be encouraged to actively seek and provide business analysis skills, specifically on new projects relating to the implementation of digital first solutions.

To apply for this exciting opportunity you will need the follow:

• Desired formal qualifications in Business Analysis, Agile, etc.
• Essential experience of working in low code environments
• Prior Project experience gained in an analyst role
• Experience within the social care industry and its associated application dependencies
• Prior knowledge/use of Microsoft Visio & Project packages.
• Full driving licence (the role requires travel across the county of Norfolk so access to a car is essential)
