Summary
EVERETTS Pharmacy PARK GATE
PHARMACY HUB/RETAIL SUPERVISOR
*Full time 37 ½ hours per week: 9am- 5:30pm Monday to Friday & Sat Rota (TBC) 9am - 1pm.
The ideal applicant would have Pharmacy Counterpart/equivalent qualification, similar retail sales / supervisory / team leading and Electronic till (EPOS) experience, be an excellent communicator, team leader, adaptable, with basic IT skills and the drive to coordinate Pharmacy distribution Hub and provide excellent friendly customer service in a busy community pharmacy.
Supervisor role to coordinate Pharmacy Hub Assistants who are responsible for completing activities in connection with the preparation and supply of prescriptions (under supervision) for distribution to all 11 Everetts Pharmacy branches/customers.
Based at the company’s head office central Pharmacy Hub at Park Gate, Southampton.
Also responsible for supervising the day to day running of the Park Gate Pharmacy retail operations supporting the Pharmacist to induct new staff, deliver advice, training, guidance to staff members on aspects including health/safety, retail working, co-ordination of medicine counter activities, selling skills, pharmacy and retail product knowledge and other training needs. Providing advice to customers on use of medicines and general health and lifestyle matters under Pharmacist supervision.
