Restaurant and bar facilities at The Britannia Aberdeen includes an on-site restaurant and lounge bar for all our guests. We offer a variety of dishes and hot and cold beverages to suit all tastes. Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Food and Beverage Assistant on to the team.

As Food & Beverage Assistant, you will be required to:
• Ensure the highest standards of courtesy and customer care are set and maintained by all staff.
• Ensure that all procedures are performed correctly and efficiently.
• Maximise sales and profitability within the department.
• Ensure that stock control procedures are adhered to and checked.
• You will be required to work 2-5 shifts per week, including evenings and weekends.

The ideal candidate will be organised, punctual and well presented, with excellent communication skills and customer service. This position is available on a zero-hour contract.
