✅ Managing daily operations and admin tasks
✅ Guiding new clients through onboarding
✅ Addressing client inquiries pronto via phone, email, or written correspondence
✅ Enhancing processes and jumping into cool projects
✅ Supporting and training team members, creating a positive vibe
To be a rockstar in this role, you need:
Passion for financial services and investment management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work solo or with a squad
Killer problem-solving skills and attention to detail
⏰ Great time management and flexibility
Qualifications & Education:
Scottish Higher / GCSEs (or equivalent) at level C or higher
Professional qualifications like the CISI Investment Operations Certificate (nice to have!)
