Summary

If you are looking for a role that will be varied and challenging, then this could be the role for you! We work across Somerset, providing adult education, apprenticeships and traineeships. Duties include dealing with customer queries, responding to customers via email, phones, live chat and dealing with enrolments and applications.

The role will include answering phones and dealing with customer queries. As well as offering skills and qualifications, we also invest heavily in community projects to help build stronger communities and empower people to improve their lives through learning.

Whilst the role will differ every day, some of the duties you will undertake will include:
- Answering phones
- Dealing with customer queries
- Responding to customers via email, phones, live chat
- Dealing with enrolments and applications
- Giving learners careers, information, advice and guidance (CIAG)
- Interviewing learners for courses
- Project work

Over time, as you develop, you will take on more responsibility. This is a very important job role within SS&L and you will gain an understanding of all aspects of the business.

This role may be closed early if a sufficient number of applications are received.
