Job Overview:
Mitie is looking for an Elite security officers who can deliver exceptional customer service whilst providing a highly visible presence that reduces the impact of anti-social behaviour upon colleagues and customers.
It is preferred that you hold a current SIA licence or SIA certificates (licence can be provided) and that you have a full 5-year checkable employment/education history.
SIA licence training can be provided.
Main duties:
· To deliver industry leading customer service
· To create a safe environment, free from crime and the fear of crime for customer and colleagues
· To manage anti-social behaviour and build relationships with those that cause this
· Engage with members of the public by providing a welcoming presence
· Support the public and visitors with their queries in a friendly and polite manner by demonstrating excellent customer service
· Support the Police and crime partnerships where required to aid with the reduction of crime in store
· To wear Body Worn CCTV to support in the reduction of crime and increase colleague and customer safety
