Summary

Mobile Bus Technician required in the North London area.

Our automotive client is a world-leading truck manufacturer, committed to drive progress and shape the future landscape of sustainable transports. They are actively seeking a Mobile Bus Technician to join their team.

The role of Mobile Bus Technician will be a key position between the Mobile Operations Control Team and their customers. You will be providing excellent Bus diagnostic and repair skills in a flexible and professional manner in support of their customers needs.

- Salary from £21 per hour, (daily travel time paid) - based on experience and expertise.
- Overtime @ time and a half.
- Overtime is Double on Sunday/Bank Hols!!
- Working hours are Monday – Friday 40 per week - Start time each day will reflect the customer requirements.

Responsibilities of the Mobile Bus Technician role:

- Able to work on a mobile basis at any customer premises.
- Must be able to work under your own supervision and or work as part of a team.
- Provide industry leading levels of customer service and technical support.
- Take responsibility for your own daily efficiency and productivity.
- Be process orientated and able to work paperless adapting to the systems and technology required to support their way of working.
- Must work within Company Health and Safety guidelines.
- Be responsible for all company equipment, including any stocks provided in support of carrying out day to day repairs.
- Requirement to be on call and cover weekend 1 week in 5.

The successful Mobile Bus Technician will ideally have Bus and Coach experience preferred however if you are a qualified Vehicle technician looking to transfer your skills to Buses our clients would be keen to explore this. You will require a NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Mechanics, Full UK Driving Licence and your own set of tools for the job.
