Summary
Vehicle Technician required in Dunmow, Essex.
Our client is a reputable and highly successful Independent Specialist which has been trading for over 30 years. They are looking to expand their team by hiring an additional Vehicle Technician.
As a business they are manufacturer approved and work on an hours booked into the diary rather than jobs per day so there isn’t excessive pressure to get the work done here which offers a good work balance. Jobs are also allocated fairly dependant on a Vehicle Technicians skill set and experience, they also focus on good customer service to ensure repeat business.
Details & Benefits within this Vehicle Technician role:
- Contracted Hours: 44 per week
- Monday to Thursday 8.00am-5.30pm / Friday 8.00am-5.00pm.
- Basic Salary Range £30,000 to £42,000 p.a. depending on experience and qualifications held.
- Overtime Available at a Good Rate of Double Time.
- Holiday Allowance of 22 days + bank holidays.
- Free parking on site.
- There is a Christmas bonus.
- Staff incentives throughout the year.
- Good catering facilities on site.
- Once a month the owner buys pizza for everyone!
- There is a 20% of purchase for any tools with a repayment plan available.
- Cycle to work and pension schemes available.
