As a Senior Spa Therapist, you will take on supervisory responsibilities within the Spa, whilst mentoring the team and leading by example with your world-class treatments. You’ll be working with products from the UK’s leading Spa Brand, Elemis, to create memorable experiences for our Spa Guests.

What will I do as Senior Spa Therapist?
As a Senior Spa Therapist, every day is different! On some days, you’ll have a full appointment book with hotel guests, spa day visitors and loyal regulars – the one thing they have in common is the world-class treatment they encounter once they step into your treatment room. On other days, you’ll be taking on a supervisory role that could see you running new starter inductions, providing product knowledge masterclasses, or even reviewing therapist treatment skills.
You’ll be on hand to cover the Spa when the Spa Manager is out of the business, keeping track of Time and Attendance, managing therapist columns, and tracking retail sales.
Is the Senior Spa Therapist role right for me?
We’re looking for a qualified therapist (Level 3 Diploma or suitable equivalent), with a minimum of 12 months industry experience who can help with day-to-day supervisory responsibility within the Spa. Ideally, you’ll have previously worked with Elemis or a similar luxury product house.
Our business is open all year round, so you will need to be available for some weekend working – but don’t worry, this is done on a rolling basis, and you will get your share of weekends off!
