Summary

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Front Office Supervisor, to work with our fantastic team at Lingfield Park Marriott Hotel & Country Club.

This would be an ideal role for an experienced Hotel Receptionist, looking to take the next step in their career.

About the role…

The Front Office Supervisor will be required to assist, lead and coordinate the Front Office Department, ensuring high quality customer care and satisfaction is delivered at all times. Taking a pro-active approach on behalf of the Front Office Manager to ensure continuous improvement within the department and deliver against budgeted guidelines, while exceeding guest expectations and staff welfare.

The desirable candidate we are looking for as has…..

Minimum of 3 years experience as Receptionist, ideally in a hotel setting or similar.
Knowledge of hotel systems and software - ie. Opera and MARSHA

Leadership skills
