ALN Classroom Support Assistant
Swansea- PENLAN
Do you enjoy supporting children and developing children?
Do you have skills that you could share with children in education?
Do you have experience working with children or young adults with additional learning needs or have completed training in the relevant area?
TeacherActive are looking for a TA / Teaching Assistant in Swansea area to have the opportunity to work in an large, rewarding school.
This will be a long-term position. We work closely with numerous schools in the area, so we can find the perfect role for you! There are also opportunties to work in different schools to build experience!
The ideal TA / Teaching Assistant should have the following:
ï‚·Level 2 or 3 qualified and/or a minimum of 6 months experience in an educational/childcare/care establishment
ï‚·A calm, patient and caring persona
ï‚·Good communication skills
ï‚·A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
All of our supply staff are paid on a PAYE basis, so you can rest assured that you’re paying the right level of Tax and National Insurance and there’s no messing around with admin charges coming out of your hard earned cash.
