Veterinary Surgeon - Dundee
• Veterinary Surgeon role at a small animal hospital in the vibrant city of Dundee
• Fantastic facilities on offer including separate cat and dog waiting areas and treatment rooms, 7 consulting rooms, 4 sterile surgical theatres, a dental theatre and a diagnostic imaging suite with ultrasound and x-ray rooms
• You will be joining a highly skilled team including RCVS Advanced Practitioners in orthopaedics and surgery and a Cert AVP holder in cardiology
• No On Call Duties
A fantastic role has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon at a purpose built animal hospital located in the coastal city of Dundee. This vibrant and friendly city has a lot to offer with spectacular attractions, sights, world-renowned innovations and a regenerated waterfront.
Our client has been established in the area since 2005, providing a comprehensive range of services to their clients. Construction of a large extension was completed in 2019 enabling our client to offer a vast array of facilities including separate cat and dog waiting areas and treatment rooms, 7 consulting rooms, 4 sterile surgical theatres, a dental theatre and a diagnostic imaging suite with ultrasound and x-ray rooms as well as an in-house laboratory and separate dog kennels, cattery and a small furry' room.
You will be joining a highly skilled team of veterinary staff including RCVS Advanced Practitioners in orthopaedics and surgery and a Cert AVP holder in cardiology. You will receive great support from colleagues, with an excellent work/life balance which is fundamental to the success of the hospital.
This RCVS accredited animal hospital has recently achieved their Feline Gold Standard ISFM accreditation.
The Rota:
• Full time and part time opportunities available
• No On Call duties
