Are you an experienced Nurse, a Unit Manager or are you already in a Clinical Lead position?
I am currently recruiting for a Clinical Deputy Manager for a nursing home in Birmingham. My client provides nursing and residential care for the elderly. This is a medium service which is centrally located close to local transport links and amenities. The home is situated in a lovely location and has a fantastic reputation with the local community.
The Deputy manager will be responsible for the oversight of the service with a clear focus on the clinical aspects of the Home and spot the areas needed for improvement and make the necessary steps alongside the Home Manager. The role will be a 42 hour role predominately supernumerary (4 days) and one 12 hour nurse floor shift.
Clinical Deputy requirements:
-NMC (required)
-Nursing Home Experience (2 years)
-Motivated with the ability to promote exceptional practice
-Exceptional clinical knowledge
-You will have experience in leading a team and good management qualities
-Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements.
