You will be responsible for promoting business development and growth, providing leadership and support to the team. They handle HR incidents and promote a positive work environment, manage payroll, scheduling, absence, and holiday requests. They also assist with recruitment and onboarding, manage debt and handle complaints, and maintain practice standards while promoting employee growth. Their contributions ensure an excellent standard of care for patients and clients.
The Role:
• Part-time role: Ideally 20-24 hours per week.
• Work schedule: 4-day week.
• Flexible working days and timings depending on the candidate.
• Specific working days can be discussed and arranged during the recruitment process.
