Summary

The Colbeh Restaurant leading in catering high quality of Persian foods in London over a decade is currently looking for an experienced person to join our food branding team in helping, creating, developing and marketing of our newly made Persian recipe into a specific brand which will be later identified and named:

Responsibility
• carrying out branding market research and analysing the national and international readymade foods and canape market in order to keep up to date with customer trends, to manage competition’s marketing strategies and marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms
• To manage the online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands Responsible to provide the best customers services to the clients and improve the Company’s profile to the level it reserves.
• To obtain the client's opinion about the products, to supervise advertising, social media product design, digital marketing and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.to get the management teams opinion - packing, colours, designing, ingredient and kind of readymade food. etc.
• Attending and participating to domestic and overseas exhibitions and foods seminars, packing, and other related activities.
• Managing Budgets and prepare the full report for the management team
• Knowledge the of food industry is always helpful
• To organise regular training to the member of staff

Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the Food marketing or similar role
• The marketing position typically be educated to degree level or equivalent
• Knowledge of knowing Persian and Azerbaijan food culture.is great advantage.
• Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original idea
• Experience with and an understanding of market research in food branding
• An ability to think strategically an come-up campaign
• Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple
projects at the same time
• Good Knowledge of HACCP
• Familiar with marketing techs: Brand24, Uberall or Attest

working hours :10 AM -6 PM
