Key Responsibilities of the Concierge include:

☑️ Ensuring a welcoming and secure environment for residents and visitors.
☑️ Managing access control, greeting guests, and providing information.
☑️ Responding promptly to resident and visitor inquiries and requests.
☑️ Monitoring and patrolling designated areas for security and safety.
☑️ Collaborating with building management to address and resolve issues.
☑️ Completing reports and administrative duties.
☑️ Upholding the highest standards of customer service.
☑️ Performing light cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and presentable environment.

Requirements:

☑️ Experience as a Concierge or in a customer-facing role.
☑️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
☑️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
☑️ Professional presentation and a customer-focused mindset.

Additional Information:

☑️ Must be able to work on a 4-on-4-off shift pattern on both days and nights.

Essential Skills:

☑️ Previous experience in a Concierge or customer-facing role.
☑️ Must have the right to work in the UK.
☑️ Fully comprehensive 5-year work/unemployment/education history screenable to BS7858.
☑️ High levels of written and verbal communication skills.
☑️ Professional and approachable demeanor.
