TH Developments is a Family owned and managed company employing 24 staff and currently running 7 install teams, we pride ourselves on exceptional installs and service. We work as a team and really believe we are one family.
In the role of fitter the candidate will be able to demonstrate fitting skills and knowledge together with the attributes to manage projects efficiently and with diligence. You will be working along side a Team leader and will working as a 2 man team, or sometimes working on own.
The successful candidate will possess over 5 years of carpentry / joinery / fitting experience within domestic applications.
The successful candidate will live within the local area and be able to commute to and from our offices based in Redditch.
Duties will include:-
Kitchen installations.
Bathroom installs
Worktop mason mitre joints
Splash panel installing.
Door installs
skirting and architrive
Basic Plumbing
Flooring - LVT and cushion floor.
Dry lining
Custom wood work - joinery experience.
The role will be PAYE paid 28th of every month with 28 days holiday pay. subject to a 12 month probationary period. Company van for business use and company phone.
Hours of work are 730am till 430pm Monday to Friday.
