Years of experience in real estate, they offer expertise in reacting to the insurance needs of owners, developers, and managers of property. Due to expansion within their Real Estate team, an excellent opportunity has arisen to join this company as a Real Estate Account Executive.
Your new role
Your new role working as a Real Estate Account Executive means you will be responsible for you will be responsible for dealing with clients from inception to completion dealing with your own portfolio or Real Estate clients. Your role will include client service and retention, placement broking, claims management and negotiation, as well as business development. Other responsibilities will be liaising with underwriters and loss adjusters as well as relationship management etc. Visiting clients and building long-term relationships. You will also impact on the growth of the company by responding to new business enquiries and opportunities, You will be expected to promote further business from existing clients by recognising cross-selling opportunities and requesting referrals and introductions. Day to day liaison with clients and underwriters as well as colleagues. This role will also offer opportunities to expand into other areas of the business outside of Real Estate. Use of Acturis daily as well as the preparation of all technical documentation
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working as a Property Owners Account executive or senior account handler dealing with UK real estate business risks will contribute to your success in securing this role. Strong technical knowledge of real estate, and or any experience in handling terrorism, engineering, public liability and associated covers for property investors would be advantageous. Ideally you will be cert CII qualified or at least working towards.
