Summary

Role Purpose:
One of our esteemed clients are looking for a Sales Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to provide essential administrative support to ensure the accurate and timely processing of machine orders. Reporting directly to the Vice President, you'll play a vital role in maintaining efficient sales processes and procedures within the organization.

Key Responsibilities: Efficiently handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team member. Manage the sales process and associated administrative tasks. Generate and process invoices accurately. Input data with precision to maintain records integrity. Perform general administrative duties to support smooth operations. Provide reception cover as needed. Assist the Marketing team with administrative tasks on occasion. Prepare monthly reports for headquarters in the absence of the Vice President. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and characteristics: Minimum of 3 years' experience in an office administrator role. Confidence in interacting with customers, processing orders, and handling invoicing. Familiarity with SAP is advantageous, but comprehensive system training will be provided. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks. Excellent professional telephone etiquette. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work. Proactive with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently. A team player willing to contribute to a small, dynamic team environment.
Working Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
