What you'll be doing
- · Taking orders & serving Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
- · Bar duties, preparing & serving drinks to customers, Stock rotation, possible stock checks when required.
- · Take payment for food services and keep financial records as required.
- · Cash handling, cashing up of till required.
- · Restock goods and ensure appropriate displays of merchandise.
- · Clean crockery and cutlery using equipment when required.
- · Clean and tidy counter, preparation & cleaning of public areas.
- · General cleaning duties including dusting, polishing, vacuum cleaning, preparing, and cleaning tables as appropriate.
- · Ensure that all cleaning equipment/materials are maintained in a safe, clean, and efficient working condition.
- · Any additional tasks detailed by the First Line/ Mess Manager.

Schedule:
- · 5 days out of 7
- · Weekend work will be required.
- · Start times from 06:00am
- · Shifts ending 11:30pm
Experience
- A DBS check will be required to complete the application process
- Experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
