Then look no further! Lime Tree Nursery is looking to employ a Senior Nursery Manager to join their Senior management team. This job involves managing your own Lime Tree Nursery and supporting/sharing your expertise with up to two further managers and their nursery to achieve a minimum Ofsted grading of Good.
You will work with the Area Manager and Company director to ensure all nurseries are providing a safe, secure environment where all children, families, and staff feel valued, empowered and happy to grow and learn together. You will ensure our children are actively and curiously learning through play and developing independence, confidence, and self-esteem, skilfully supported by qualified practitioners who creatively make learning fun for everyone.
The job is subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS and 2 references
A minimum level 3 recognised childcare qualification is required with 2 years management experience.
