Summary
Immediately requiredWe are currently seeking a dedicated Saturday Boarding Matron to join our prestigious senior school community. You will be working on Saturdays during term-time from 8am to 5.30pm (approximately 26 per year).As a Saturday Matron, you will be responsible for ensuring the wellbeing and safety of our boarding pupils while also promoting a positive and supportive environment.
Responsibilities include:
Supervising and supporting our young people to ensure good attendance of their lessons
Providing pastoral care and emotional support to ensure their wellbeing and safety at all times
Monitoring and enforcing the school's rules and policies in regards to behaviour, conduct and health
Liaising with other academic and pastoral staff, to provide comprehensive support for boarders
Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of attendance, behaviour and health issues
Contributing to the development and implementation of pastoral care programs and policies
