As the Cleaning Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that all aspects of our hygiene services meet and exceed the highest standards. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you'll conduct thorough cleaning and related services inspections, promptly addressing any non-conformances. Your professional and safety-focused approach while working on-site will set the tone for the team. Meticulously completing operational documentation is crucial to comply with audit requirements.
As a leader, you'll take charge of staff recruitment, induction, training, and ongoing development. Championing change through innovative practices and continuous improvement will be second nature to you. When customer complaints arise, your effective handling will ensure swift resolution.
Efficiently managing work hours is essential to ensure seamless service delivery. You'll generate monthly KPI reports and collaborate closely with our valued client's Hygiene Team.
Qualifications and Experience: The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a hygiene management role within the food or FMCG manufacturing sector (preferred but not essential). Strong people management skills, familiarity with customer audits, and a proven ability to lead and collaborate with a diverse workforce are essential attributes.
