Summary
We are recruiting! Come and join our team!
We are looking for a full time Senior Early Years Practitioner to join our team.
If you are motivated, enthusiastic and have a passion for Early Years, Buttons is for you.
As part of your role, you will be responsible for meeting the requirements for the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Lead your team within the room to ensure the smooth running and consistency of care for the children.
Be responsible as a Key Person and conduct observations and assessments.
Have a statutory duty to safeguard the children in your care.
Work as part of the team to ensure policies and procedures, such as Health and Safety etc are adhered to.
Working in partnership with parents an carers, and where necessary external agencies.
Work as part of the wider Leadership Team and be aware of the day to day running of the Nursery business.
Full and relevant DfE recognised qualification at Level 3 or above, such as NNEB, NVQ or Early Years Educator as a minimum requirement.
