Summary


As the first member of staff that many patients will encounter on the C25 and C25 Daycase, we are looking for someone enthusiastic, hard working and organised to join our team.

Answering telephone calls, directing appropriately, filing and administrative duties are just some of the aspects that will be expected of you.

You must have a flexible attitude to work and be able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team. Working hours will be between Monday-Friday with occasional weekend work and any preferences can be discussed in interview.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist position on the Head and Neck Unit which consists of 28 bedded C25 Inpatient Ward and C25 Day case a 21 recliner day case surgery unit.

You will have good organisational skills and an excellent telephone manner. You must be able to manage your work load and prioritise effectively as well as having good communication skills, being professional at all times. You must be committed to a high standard of patient care and safety.
