Summary

Role: Customer (Care) Service Advisor

Location: Thorpe Park, Leeds, LS15 8GB (with hybrid working when competent)

Salary: £22,672 - £28,314* per annum plus extensive benefits & development structure

*Salary to be reviewed in April, we are proud to be an employer that pays above minimum wage

Contract type: Permanent

Employment type: Full Time

Working hours: During training - Monday to Friday between 8am and 5.30pm. On completion of training the hours will be 4 days per week working 9.30 to 8pm, with one in 4 Saturday mornings (8.30am-1pm)

What you’ll be doing?


Assisting customers with a wide range of enquiries regarding their accounts and orders
Collaborating with key teams across the business (Surgery, Dispensing, Dispatch & Pharmacist teams) and taking ownership of customer issues to see them through to full resolution
Calling new customers to welcome them to the service and get all the necessary information to allow us to deliver a fantastic service
Accurately administrating customer account details using our core systems (CDB) & (Sprinklr) as well as Excel and Outlook
Responding to customer enquiries across several platforms (Telephone calls, e-mails, Live Chat & social media)
Working a variety of back-office processes to deliver our services
Ensuring that workplace remains fun, relaxed, and friendly!


Who are we looking for?


Excellent Customer Service Skills
Numerate
IT literate (used IT systems/MS office suite and is quick to learn)
Demonstrate drive, initiative, and proactivity in role
Proven ability to work both as part of a bigger team and individually
Ability to prioritise and organise tasks and workload
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Display a high level of accuracy
Experience of working in a pressured environment, delivering against tight deadlines
