Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager:
- Ensure project compliance with CDM requirements and CPP
- Visible leader in adherence to and improvement of SHEQ policies and procedures
- Review project updates and report upwards to board level
- Coordinate and consult directly with internal and external stakeholders to develop strong relationships. This includes design, commissioning teams, suppliers, contractors, and clients.
Skills Required for the Project Manager:
- 5+ years in management roles within Utilities and/or construction industry
- Tender package preparation
- JCT/NEC contract management
- Vetting and recruiting candidates
- NVQ Level 6 or Engineering degree
- CSCS (Gold, Black or White card)
- SMSTS
- NEBOSH or IOSH
