Are you passionate about creating seamless workplace experiences? We're seeking a Workplace Support Coordinator to support and coordinate services within our allocated buildings, floors, and departments. Your mission: ensure that every area is set up and ready for business, allowing our client team members to focus on their key objectives.

As our ambassador, you'll exceed customer expectations by promoting excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders. Contribute to business initiatives, share best practices, and recommend innovative ways to enhance Facilities Management services based on departmental analysis. Your insights directly impact customer needs.

Align with MITIE's processes while integrating seamlessly into the client's way of working. Your attention to detail and corporate environment experience will shine as you communicate effectively across all organisational levels. Manage key performance indicators and service level agreements. From reporting to completion, you'll handle customer communication for jobs and faults. Ensure a safe working environment within your designated area. In addition to your core responsibilities, you'll manage facilities, conduct site checks, and coordinate hazard reporting. From maintaining floor plans to assisting with parking requests, your contributions will be vital to our team's success.

With a background in strong customer service, you'll provide exceptional support to your colleagues. Your communication skills—both written and spoken—will be crucial as you engage with stakeholders. As a self-disciplined professional, you'll make informed decisions independently, ensuring seamless operations. Tackling challenges head-on, you'll find innovative solutions. Your methodical and organised approach will maintain high standards.

We seek candidates with GCSE passes in both English Language and Mathematics, along with proficiency in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel. While a background in Compliance is desirable, it is not essential.
