Salary: £140 - £200 per day (depending on experience)
TeacherActive are proud to be working with an outstanding secondary school based around the Durham area. The schools is currently seeking an experienced qualified Design and Technology Teacher.
The successful qualified teacher will be responsible for educating secondary students throughout Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4 in design and technology, with some art and graphics. It is key as a qualified teacher that you have excellent behavioural management skills and the ability to create a positive and engaging classroom environment.
A successful Qualified Teacher will have:
• QTS or ECT
• Design and Technology
• Behavioural management experience
• Classroom management experience
• Clear understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection
