Reuben Manor Care Home are currently recruiting Night Shift Care Assistants.

Job Type: Permanent | Basis: Full Time | 38.5 Hours per Week.

About the Role

In your role as a Care Assistant at MHA, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional care to our residents, ensuring that they can enjoy a fulfilling later life. Your duties will encompass a diverse range of tasks, including assisting residents with personal care requirements and facilitating their participation in various activities that promote their overall well-being. With each passing day, you will encounter unique challenges, providing you with the chance to utilize your interpersonal abilities to truly make a positive impact.

About You

The significance of possessing the right values, attitude, and behaviours outweighs the importance of one's previous career background. While having prior experience in caregiving is desirable, it is not a necessity. We are committed to providing all the necessary training and support to help you succeed in this role. No qualifications are required to start as a Care Assistant.

In addition to being kind, warm, and caring, you should be able to collaborate effectively within a team while also demonstrating initiative. Patience, communication skills, and active listening are equally crucial. If you possess the ability to positively impact someone's mood, uplift spirits, and genuinely care for those around you, we would be delighted to receive your application.

Reuben Manor care home is situated in Stockton-on-Tees and provides residential and residential dementia care for our 83 residents, in modern yet homely, purpose built en suite accommodation.
