We`re looking to recruit experienced care workers to strengthen and support our existing teams. Working under the Help To Live At Home contract, you`ll be working as part of the Home Independence and Crisis Support Service (HICSS)team, supporting customers being discharged from hospital back into their own homes.
About you
You`ll have previous experience of working in health or social care and have access to your own transport.
A Level 2 in Health & Social Care would be preferred, and flexibility is important too as you`ll be working across South Tyneside.
