About the Role:

Are you a dedicated and passionate individual seeking a long-term role in a fantastic Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) setting? Join us as a School Support Assistant in Rochester, where you'll contribute to the development and well-being of children and young adults aged 5-16 with diverse needs, including Autism, PMLD, and complex requirements. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 3:45 PM.

Your Profile:

To excel in this role, you should:
- Have prior experience supporting children or adults with additional needs.
- Possess experience or a willingness to assist with personal care if needed.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with students and colleagues.
- Be available 5 days a week and able to commit to at least 3-6 months.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
