Job description
Basic salary: Salary Negotiable - £25,000 -£30,000 + depending on experience OTE £50,000 Uncapped and very easily achievable. Salary can be discussed just raising targets.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm - No Weekends or Bank Holidays

We are currently recruiting for an experienced new Business executive, Ideally someone who has recruitment experience of developing business though we are open to a similar role or someone with development experience within the Call Centre, Finance or Commercial sector . Must be a results driven individual who can help expand our reach in the industry.

Business Development Consultant role:

Developing new business on the phone, networking, LinkedIn and whatever approach you find best.
Working closely with the teams to site the right companies to work with.
Develop a strategy on how to source the right company and present 123 Recruitment and Training in the right way.
Clients visits and presentations if needed.
Account management of clients that are brought on board.
Agreeing terms and delivering a strong service
Offering permanent, temporary and contractor solutions.
Business Development Consultant requirements:

Previous experience with business development is essential. Ideally from a recruitment background though happy to speak to someone with industry experience.
Would be very beneficial to have motor trade / automotive experience but not essential.
Motivated and able to identify the right companies to work with 123 Recruitment and Training.
Full driving licence
Excellent communication skills
