PA to Head of Nursing – Band 4 – 18.5 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a PA to work for the Head of Nursing in the Secure Care and Offender Health Division.

The successful applicant will be able to work using their own initiative and will be flexible and motivated. They will have a thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel and will be able to collate and monitor data from spreadsheets. They will be required to meet deadlines, and be able to work under pressure and so must be able to manage their time effectively as they deal with conflicting demands.

They will be responsible for diary and email management, coordination and servicing meetings and taking calls and passing on accurate messages in a timely manner, whilst also maintaining appropriate information systems as required.

The successful applicant with have an NVQ Level III in Business Admin or equivalent plus relevant experience of working in an administrative role.

This role will involve travel across the Secure Care sites.
